When you meet Geno Stampora, you will remember him! Geno has had a profound impact on the beauty industry in many ways. He began his career working behind the chair in a salon and gradually moved up to manage and finally to own a collection of successful salons. He has also owned two beauty academies, where he interacted with and instructed his students. Geno has been a distributor and sales consultant to salons, a major platform artist, and has shared the stage with the worlds greatest artists. As an expert in the industry, Geno’s work has been featured in Modern, American, Salon Today, Nails, Dayspa, Launchpad, and other important salon and spa trade magazine. He has served on the Advisory Board for Nailpro Magazine and he has made written contributions to publications such as Glamour, Elle, The New Yorker, and Washingtonian Magazine. Geno has trained thousands of salons worldwide. He has worked with groups large and small helping them to fine tune their mission, refine their ability to grow and streamline their success. It is the influence of Geno Stampora that is recognized as a the common thread in the success of thousands of beauty professionals. The industry’s finest salons employ Geno frequently as a business coach, consultant and educator.
NIKKI TROWBRIDGE
Nikki is the entrepreneur behind the three businesses that make up the Statements Brand. At 28 years old, she launched Statements the Salon, and since then, Nikki’s salon has exploded from two stylists to forty-eight. She has also provided leadership and inspiration for hundreds of burgeoning professionals at Statements the Academy. The Statements Project is her newest endeavor and aims to enhance her dynamic network of business professionals. Her mission is to create strong business systems with thoughtful leadership in order to inspire salon owners/professionals with a method of interpreting information and dynamic mentoring that will renew the guest experience, which in turn, will inspire happier, more fulfilling careers.
